Our Logo

You might wonder what our logo means -

The calligraphy of Fujimoto was created by my mother, who is a Japanese calligraphy artist. The bamboo emblem is our family crest, traced from my great grand father's sword. Bamboo symbolises strength and prosperity as it is famously a strong plant that can withstand harsh winters.

We are a small family run restaurant aiming to provide authentic Japanese cuisine at a reasonable price.

I am originally from Japan, and am a mother of four children. My kids love my cooking, their smiles and compliments encouraged me to start my own Japanese restaurant.
